For over 25 years the Menschen für Menschen Foundation has been working practical solutions for Ethiopia’s pressing problems – in cooperation with the local population. In “integrated rural projects” the foundation has created better living conditions for the people in mostly remote regions of Ethiopia.

The Annual Report 2006 will provide an overview of the work of Menschen für Menschen. The Foundation’s income of almost € 18.9 million was 66 percent higher than the previous year. This enabled us to initiate numerous urgent projects in Ethiopia and in particular to launch our educational offensive.

The additional funds from 2006 also enable us to start work in four new project regions this year, giving more than 250,000 people the chance of a better future.
