Möbel Mahler (furniture store) is supporting the work of Menschen für Menschen by financing schools in Ethiopia. Gerhard Mahler: "That is our joint answer to the so frequently asked question of when aid is to begin, in view of all the poverty in our world. It must start with the children."

Since 2002 entrepreneur Gerhard Mahler has been contributing to Karlheinz Böhm's Ethiopia Aid with numerous promotions at his two furniture stores in Wolfratshausen and Bopfingen. To date Möbel Mahler has funded two schools: a primary school at Delema in Central Ethiopia and the Tedla Giorgis School in Northern Shoa. Hundreds of children in these areas now have access to education – without which development would not be possible.
